In a bid to promote sustainable housing, Regal Homes are in the process of building 2 cross laminated timber (CLT) framed buildings, one of which is their Dalston project, which when complete will be the world’s largest residential CLT structure. Another innovative project is the company’s award winning Old Street apartment building which uses a cross floor plate design, rotating the floors at every level creating dual aspect units throughout, allowing a wealth of natural light to flood throughout the building in addition to delivering greater views.

A significant milestone in the company’s history will be reached when the construction begins on a mixed use scheme located in an unusually untouched sector of Shoreditch and expected to create in excess of 505,000 ft² of commercial, retail and residential property. Additionally Regal Homes are excited to be contributing to the current regeneration of the King’s Cross area with the creation of new homes, offices, a gallery, resident’s gym and a café arranged around a landscaped pedestrianised open space, not only providing beautiful homes, but also enhancing the resident’s lifestyle with the amenities provided.
