Golden Emperor’s Partner Developers,
Announced as Winners in Vietnam Property Awards
Two weeks ago, Golden Emperor shared the news, ‘ Golden Emperor Properties’ Partner Developers, Sweep Vietnam’s PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards’ and revealed the short listed developers nominated for the 2018 PropertyGuru Awards. The winners were officially announced at the gala night on June 22nd. Golden Emperor’s partner, CapitaLand, wins the ‘Best Developer’ award and sweeped the night with a total of 14 awards along with 3 highly commended standings. CapitaLand is yet, the biggest winner of this year’s PropertyGuru Vietnam Awards.

“For more than two decades, CapitaLand Vietnam has proven itself a leader in building top-class residential and commercial developments that serve its consumers well. The fourth of our partner developer, TTC Land, was also a winner at this year’s PropertyGuru Award. TTC Land, is a subsidary of Vietnam-listed congolomerate TTC Group, and has established over 35 freehold condominium and land properties developments across Vietnam.
