The PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2018 nomination list shortlisted Golden Emperor’s major partners in Vietnam including CapitaLand Vietnam, Gamuda Land and SonKim Land. Past launches of our partners’ projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City consistently outperformed and were highly demanded by investors in Hong Kong, selling out the quickest on the market.

PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards will take place on June 22nd, 2018 at the InterContinental Saigon Hotel. The winners of ‘Best Developer,’ ‘CARE Special Recognition for Positive Construction Practices,’ ‘Best Condo Development (Vietnam),’ and ‘Best Housing Development (Vietnam),’ will be revealed at the award gala dinner next week.

Although a number of winners will not be revealed until next week, CapitaLand Vietnam leads on the list with a total of 16 nominations, taking 5 of the 7 citations as the most-nominated developer under the categories: ‘Special Recognition in CSR,’ ‘Special Recognition in Sustainable Development,’ ‘Special Recognition for Design and Construction,’ ‘Special Recognition for Building Communities,’ and ‘Special Recognition for Customer Care.’ CapitaLand’s property projects, De La Sol, D’Edge and D2eight in Ho Chi Minh City are nominated under several categories in the Development Awards section. De La Sol leads the shortlist as it is nominated in 4 categories: ‘Best High End Condo Development,’ ‘Best High End Condo Architectural Design,’ and ‘Best High End Condo Landscape Architectural Design.’ The launch event of De La Sol and D’Edge hosted by Golden Emperor Properties received a generous amount of support from investors in Hong Kong and units quickly sold out.

Gamuda Land, a listed Malaysian developer, remains to be Golden Emperor’s major partner and is additionally, this year’s PropertyGuru Property Awards top shortlister. Gamuda Land is listed under Developers Awards, Development Awards and Design Awards as the 3rd best performing developer this year with a a total of 8 nominations.

On the other hand, renowned Vietnamese developer, SonKim Land received a number of awards with its luxury residential project, Serenity Sky Villa in Ho Chi Minh City, besides its nomination under the ‘Best Boutique Developer’ category. Serenity Sky Villa is the first and only residential project of its kind in Vietnam with a unique architectural design and concept as elevated villas. This affluent residential project is nominated under the following categories: ‘Best Luxury Condo Development (Ho Chi Minh City),’ ‘Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design,’ and Best Condo Interior Design.’ Investors from Hong Kong and overseas showed high interest in the project both as an investment and for self use, resulting in a highly successful launch event.
