Golden Emperor partnered with Japanese developers to host a Tokyo Property Trip to introduce a selection of prime Tokyo residential projects.  Over 30 investors from Hong Kong attended the Tokyo property trip and visited 5 projects in various parts of the bustling metropolis.

Japanese real estate investments have been the forefront of agendas for international investors as entry prices are low yet rental returns are high.

Golden Emperor Properties invited more than 50 members to this private pre-sale of Concieria Shimbashi, a premium residential development that is in walking distance to Toranomon Hills (the ICC/Elements of Tokyo).  A 30-minute talk was presented to give members an insight into the Tokyo property market (issues such as buying procedures, transaction costs, taxes and etc will be covered in the presentation).

Golden Emperor collaborated with leading Thailand property developer, Sansiri, in hosting a Bangkok property tour for over 40 investors from Hong Kong. Guests visited 6 of Sansiri’s projects, with a combination of completed and off-plan projects.
