Thailand property developer Sansiri had achieved impressive sales from the high demand for its residential properties and hotel rooms in Khao Yai – 23 Degree Condo, of which more than 90 percent were sold already.

According to a spokesman from Sansiri, they believe that condominium developments will remain highly popular and there is a high potential for the price of real estate properties in Khao Yai to grow. This is based on the fact that there are more and more customers demanding high-quality vacation homes. However, the supply is greatly restricted by legal measures which control the construction of new real estate projects in Khao Yai. In 2013, there were nine new property projects launched in Khao Yai while there were only two in the first half of 2014.
