From the 18th of April, TVB’s J5 channel has launched a new program on property investments “Property Outlook” to be aired at 7.30pm. The first 6 episodes of this pilot program will feature the Thailand property market. The first episode aired this week has featured 3 of Sansiri’s premium projects, including NYE, The Base Park East, and Hasu Haus. Terence Chan, Managing Director of Golden Emperor, was also interviewed on his perspective of the Thailand property market.
