Golden Emperor partners with Sansiri to offer Thailand Properties for Investment

The Asia Bankers Club, an investment club for banking and finance executives has recently launched a subsidiary company, Golden Emperor Properties, to offer its investment portfolio to a wider range of customers. As the name suggests, the Asia Bankers Club has primarily offered its wide range of investment products such as foreign properties, wines, art pieces, classic cars, antiques, jewelry, and collectibles only to its members and their guests which consisted of professional investors and executives from the finance and corporate industries.

However, there has been a renewed interest from retail investors for foreign property investments, the most popular currently being Thailand projects. Riding on that wave of popularity, the Asia Bankers Club is expanding its reach to target retail investors in addition to its current database of professional investors by introducing a new subsidiary company for that purpose.

Golden Emperor Properties, founded and managed by Kingston Lai, CEO of the Asia Bankers Club, and Terence Chan, Sales Director and Partner of Golden Emperor, is currently focused on providing investment opportunities in Thailand properties. The company has formed a strategic partnership with Sansiri, the leading property developer in Thailand, to introduce the developer’s latest projects to the Hong Kong public. Through regular seminars, exhibitions, and investment trips offered by Golden Emperor, the aim of the company is to educate Hong Kong investors on the Thailand property market and to offer a good return on investment by investing with a prominent developer.
